Post-Doctoral Fellowship at Northwestern University

Applications are invited for two post-doctoral research fellows in the Aphasia and Neurolinguistics Research lab, in the Center for the Neurobiology of language at Northwestern University to study normal and disordered sentence processing and to chart language recovery patterns in aphasia.

Studies use eyetracking (visual world paradigm), auditory event related potentials (ERP), functional neuroimaging (fMRI), and other psycholinguistic research methods. A Ph.D. in cognitive science, communication sciences and disorders, linguistics, psychology, or related field and a strong background in language research and is required. Successful applicants also should have experience with eyetracking and/or ERP research; experience with fMRI also is desirable.
