This year’s meeting will be held at St George’s Hotel in Llandudno. This 4-star, award-winning beachfront hotel is located 
within the Victorian seaside town of Llandudno, perfectly nestled between the Snowdonia National Park and the Irish Sea. This Victorian hotel was opened in 1854, and has hosted several illustrious guests, including Winston Churchill, who is said to have caused some commotion when he arrived late at night asking for a candle! The hotel had run out and all the local shops were closed. The quest was eventually successful and staff later discovered that Churchill always lit his famous cigar with a candle!!
The hotel has offered us an outstanding room rate: £105/night for single occupancy or £130/night for double occupancy (double or twin) with additional fees for upgrades to premier rooms, suites or rooms with a sea view. All room rates are inclusive of breakfast on each day of your stay. The St. George’s Hotel is home to the Terrace Restaurant, which holds an AA rosette but there are plenty of other excellent options in Llandudno and the surrounding area.

The hotel have agreed to extend the conference rates on an individual basis, for anybody wishing to stay for few days either side of the main conference. Please contact the hotel directly to arrange this.
